TEaM Fitness Team Fitness is a Bootcamp exercise experience that is focused on Total Empowerment and Motivation! Any person of any age or fitness level can participate!

Kristy Pollatz and Marty Schafer joined together to bring you the most qualified Boot Camp experience of Mt. Pleasant. As TEaM Fitness, they promise to offer you a challenging and effective, yet safe, Boot Camp experience. Kristy and Marty are nationally certified in the fitness arena. Kristy has over 15 years experience in the fitness field and carries several reputable national certifications:

American Council on Exercise (ACE) as group exercise instructor and health coach, National Strength and Conditioning - Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and Beach Body's Insanity. Marty has a degree from CMU in Health Fitness and has the highly acclaimed American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) clinical exercise specialist certification. Both Kristy and Marty are CPR certified and carry their own liability insurance. TEaM Fitness promises to not only offer you the best Boot Camp experience in Mt. Pleasant, but also to bring in other highly qualified and certified instructors to add more variety to their already awesome Boot Camps!
