Looking for a healthy meal that supports your fitness goals? Try this simple, protein-packed Beef & Broccoli Bowl!
Ingredients
βœ… 1 lb lean beef sirloin, sliced thin
βœ… 4 cups broccoli florets
βœ… 1 tbsp olive oil
βœ… 3 cloves garlic, minced
βœ… 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
βœ… ΒΌ cup low-sodium soy sauce
βœ… 1 tbsp honey or sugar-free sweetener
βœ… 1 tsp sesame oil
βœ… 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thicker sauce)
βœ… Cooked brown rice or cauliflower rice for serving
Directions
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Add beef and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add broccoli and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
4️⃣ Add garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds.
5️⃣ Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch (if using). Pour into the pan.
6️⃣ Return beef to the skillet and stir until everything is coated and heated through.
7️⃣ Serve over brown rice or cauliflower rice.

Looking for a high-protein meal that’s easy to make and tastes great? Try this Garlic Lemon Chicken & Veggies recipe! πŸ‘‡
Ingredients:
βœ… 2 chicken breasts
βœ… 1 tbsp olive oil
βœ… Juice of 1 lemon
βœ… 2 cloves garlic, minced
βœ… 1 tsp paprika
βœ… Salt & pepper to taste
βœ… 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, etc.)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Add vegetables around the chicken and lightly season.
