What a week! 🎣 We just wrapped up our Advanced Anglers Week at Lowcountry Kids Fishing Camp, and what an incredible group of young anglers.

Watching these kids return year after year is one of the best parts of what we do. We've had the privilege of seeing so many of them grow up, build confidence on the water, sharpen their fishing skills, and create lifelong friendships. We're so proud of each and every one of them!

Thank you to all of our campers and families for making this summer one to remember.

What a great day on the water for our Lowcountry Kids! 🌊🎣

Today, our young anglers had the opportunity to head offshore to the nearshore reef with Captain Jesse and Captain David for an unforgettable fishing adventure. The kids hooked into black sea bass, cobia, grouper, and several other quality fish while learning what it's like to fish the beautiful waters off our coast.

Offshore fishing is about so much more than catching fish. It's an opportunity to learn about our local marine ecosystem, different fish species, conservation, boating safety, teamwork, patience, and the excitement of exploring the open ocean. Every trip builds confidence and creates memories that last a lifetime.

The best part? The kids are heading home with fresh fish for dinner tonight—a delicious reward for a day of hard work!

Advanced Anglers Week is officially underway, and we're off to an awesome start! 🎣🔥

Even with these hot summer temperatures, the redfish have been biting, and our anglers have been putting in the work!
One of the coolest parts of this week is seeing so many familiar faces. Many of these kids have been coming to Lowcountry Kids Fishing Camp for years, and it's been incredible watching them grow into confident, skilled young anglers. Seeing their passion for fishing continue to grow year after year is exactly why we started this camp!

And just like that, the first week of Lowcountry Kids Fishing Camp is officially in the books 🎣☀️
These kids absolutely CRUSHED it this week! From catching sharks, redfish, and even a stingray, to learning how to tie knots and throw a cast net — they did it all. 💪🦈🐟

We wrapped up the week with a well-earned pizza party and plenty of stories to tell. Watching these kids learn, grow, and gain confidence on the water has been awesome.

Thank you to all the parents for trusting us with your kiddos this week. We hope everyone had an amazing time, and we already can’t wait to see y’all next summer! 🌊🎣

Lowcountry Fishing camp is run by local professional fishing guides celebrating 6 years in a row now. Your child will learn the ins and outs of inshore and harbor fishing in Charleston. We cover Safety Gear, Cast Netting Bait, Knot Tying, Proper Tackle Rigging, Fishing Etiquette, Tides and much more. Most fishing camps are land based fishing a pier or dock. We spend at least 6 hours a day on a boat.

Our Camps are Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm with a half day Friday 9-1. Rain or shine except for high winds and storm warnings. Camp will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later make up day. Unfortunately, there are no refunds.

Lunch and snacks are not provided. Please send your child with a small stowable lunch box. All other drinks will be marked and iced down in an onboard cooler. We will have plenty of waters already iced down in coolers each day.

Price per child is $1250. That includes all tackle, licensing, bait, equipment and all safety gear. We require a $300 deposit to hold your child's spot. We are currently doing ages 6-12 right now. A waiting list will be formed in the case of us meeting max capacity.

🎣 Midweek check-in from Lowcountry Kids Fishing Camp and WOW — these campers are on fire! They’ve been catching fish left and right, and one lucky camper even caught a super rare triple tail fish! 🐟🔥
