At Three Point Academy of Martial Arts, we teach ITF (International Taekwondo Federation) forms, step sparring (the precursor to sparring), sparring, and self-defense. Martial arts help you build confidence, a good source of physical exercise, increased flexibility, improved coordination, develop self-discipline, and stress relief, and build self-defense skills.

Siblings Santiago and Ambar earned their first tip, red, for proficiency in board breaking.
