Sanpete Girls WC at our inaugural trip to the Tallin Open 26. Check-in and practice DONE. These three adventurous young ladies are one day away from competing in their first EVER international freestyle and Greco tournament. Five of my girls at day 2 - USG freestyle and folkstyle day! (Not pictured - Reagan Miller who competes for the first time EVER). A lot of great wrestling. A lot of great lessons. I will still coach these girls any time they ask and know there is great wrestling in their futures! Next time you see Keely, Kristy, and Linzy it will be at the Tallinn Open in Estonia.

Day 1 USG Greco in the books. 2 - First placers 2 - Second placers. Sadie B wrestled the Tallinn Open 25. Keely H, Linzy P, and Kristy B are on their way to the Tallinn Open 26 next week!
USG Freestyle and Folk style tomorrow! Love every opportunity to coach and promote these girls!

A great first freestyle tournament for Linzy Perfect. 4th place at the Intermountain Warrior Challenge. Watch this young lady, in a few short weeks she will be wrestling the Tallinn Open in Estonia.

As we head into the season, Sanpete Girls Wrestling Club is focused on building a large, sustainable team, introducing girls to freestyle wrestling, and encouraging competition at high-level tournaments throughout the spring and summer seasons.

Sanpete Girls Wrestling Club Spring Freestyle sign-ups are now open!

In addition to freestyle wrestling with Sanpete Girls WC, the Manti High School girls wrestling team will help coach and mentor any girls who join the Manti Templar Bantam team.

6th–12th grade girls: Freestyle wrestling with Sanpete Girls WC.
Elementary girls: Folkstyle wrestling and local tournaments with Manti Templars Little League.

If you have girls interested in wrestling, now is the time to get them involved—get them on the mat this spring and summer.

This form will register your girl wrestler for Sanpete Girls Wrestling 'Freestyle Season'. We have two sessions, Spring and Summer. Freestyle SPRING Session: 16 February 2026 – 9 May 2026. We have three exciting young ladies traveling with us this year for Tallinn. Keely Hansen, Kristy Beal, and Linzy Perfect will all be competing in their first international freestyle tournament in just a few short weeks.
