Our goal is to offer a custom tailored, and results oriented fitness experience to the community of Mount Orab, and surrounding area. Our focus is on safety, community, professionalism, cleanliness, and a level of customer service that far exceeds expectations. We are a 24 hour 7 day a week fitness center, that specializes in free weights, cardio equipment, group classes, strength training, nutrit

ion counseling, and diet planning. We currently have licensed trainers to assist with personal training, sports and agility training, injury prevention, as well as recovery, weight loss, and power lifting. We provide every member with a fitness assessment, and optional training gear including heart rate monitoring that tracks your efforts.

We had an absolute blast at the 4th Annual Brown County Health Fair 5K!! A Massive thank you to everyone who participated!! We were able to raise $1125 for the Mount Orab Community Playground Fund

We are about a month away from the 3rd Annual Playground Fund Golf Scramble presented by Pro Staffing Solutions. The proceeds from this event will go towards benches, wastebaskets, sidewalks, signage and other peripheral items to beautify our new playground. For $380 per foursome there will be pizza for lunch, a bbq dinner, a swag bag with golf balls, tees, and other items from our sponsors along with 18 holes of golf and a riding cart at Friendly Meadows Golf Course. There will be NO Staff Saturday 6-13-26!

Join us at our Brown County Health Fair Vendor Show at the Mt Orab Sports Complex and Pickleball tournament, starting at 4 PM on the 12th and ends at 8. There will be Bouncy Houses and food available.

Or 5k late registration starts at 7AM on Saturday the 13th at the shelter house and race promptly at 8. All participants can pick up bags Friday at the complex or Saturday starting at 7.

Late registration, cash preferred or for your convenience, sign up online with credit card.
