TRAIL RIDE HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

IMPORTANT TRAIL RIDE UPDATE
Dogs Will No Longer Be Allowed On The Trails.
And They Must Be Leashed While At The Campground.
Please be supportive of our decision. It was not made lightly. There were just too many dogs on the trails and at the lunch break last year. Thank you for your cooperation.

TRAIL RIDE HAS BEEN CANCELLED!

Spring Trail Ride is May 2nd. Address is 269 Marcia Jones Road, Mount Olive, NC
$30 includes ride and lunch (2 dogs, snack/chips, and a drink). Site opens at noon on Friday for campers. Ride starts at 10 AM Saturday.
Your horse must have a Negative Coggins test to be able to ride on the trails!
No dogs allowed on the trails. Please leash the pup in the campground. Dinner meal will be available after the ride. Cost is $10. Choice of
BBQ chicken or BBQ Pork. Music and Dance Saturday Night. Camping available Friday and Saturday nights. Electrical hookups are $10. No reservations taken. Trails are mostly wooded or around fields. No shoes are required. Please do not litter, all trails are on private lands. Water and bathrooms are available at ride site, at lunch break and after lunch on the trail.

2025 FALL TRAIL RIDE
SEPT. 13TH 10 AM

269 Marcia Jones Road, Mount Olive, NC
Riders and campers will be able to check in on Friday, Sept. 12th at noon.
A food truck will be set up Friday night serving Mexican foodand also Saturday morning for breakfast.

Cost is $30. Kids 12 and under are free. Lunch is included in ride fee. Lunch is 2 hotdogs, bag of chips and a soft drink or water.

Current Negative Coggins is required. Please don't show up without it. You will not be allowed in.

The evening meal will be cooked by Saddle Club members.
Choice of BBQ pork or BBQ chicken. Sides will be boiled potatoes, green beans, and rolls. Meal will be served from 4:30 to 6 PM.
Cost is $10 per person.

Dance and music (band or DJ) Saturday night.

Electrical hookups are available on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
No reservations will be taken. Cost is $10 per rig, per night. Limited # available.
Friendly dogs allowed. Please keep your dog on a leash while in campground.
Water is available at ride site, at lunch site and at a landowner's home in the afternoon.
Ride is approx 14 miles. There is a short ride back to ride site at the afternoon water site. No shoes are needed. Trails are wooded and around fields. A new wooded trail has been added on the morning part of the ride.
1 road crossing is necessary going out and coming back in. Only road riding is if you take the short ride back in. Please be courteous of land owners and stay out of fields or someone's front yard.
Please do not litter.
