Great session on Monday! Worked on how to protect yourself from punches while on your back and maintaining distance with long-range strikes.

We will have class tomorrow at 6PM for Jiu Jitsu and 7PM for kickboxing. It's always free and open to everyone.

Training here is 100% free. Costs nothing except your time and effort. Classes are Mondays and Thursdays. Hope we can see you soon!

Great work last night, everyone. In our grappling class we worked on defending the guillotine, from both the standing and grounded positions. In our striking class we worked on boxing fundamentals.
