Pull-ups aren’t just about upper body strength, they require control, coordination, and progression.

If you can’t do one yet, don’t skip steps. Build up to it:

✔️ Dead hangs (grip + shoulder strength)
✔️ Scap pull-ups (learn to engage your back)
✔️ Assisted pull-ups (full range of motion)
✔️ Negatives (slow + controlled = strength builder)
✔️ Full attempts (test your progress!)
