💥🥊Check out Coach Rosie & Rocky during their Black Belt Sparring Test! 💥🥊 After starting the test with a 1-mile run, they demonstrated solid reflex skills during the drills, sparred with all of the Juniors and Adult candidates, and finished by sparring the Instructors. 🔹🔹Congratulations to our newest NLMA 2nd Degree Black Belts!!!🔹🔹 Coach Alex, Melissa & CMC have been leading the way at the dojo! They always set a great example for what the Black Belt lifestyle is all about! (BTW… BB Testing was Friday night, and ALL THREE of them were at the dojo Saturday morning!)
One of the quotes we discussed throughout Black Belt Cycle was “Progress is made outside of your comfort zone.” From the 2-mile runs to the numerous self-defense techniques, they made tremendous progress in all areas. Thank you for setting the example at NLMA! Congratulations! 👊🥋👊
