"I was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2001. I was in the very first Rock Steady Boxing class in Indianapolis. I credit Rock Steady with my slowed progression. It's just been wonderful for me. I get real excited when other people start joining and get the benefits as well.

RSB is part of my life now, it's not an option; its a necessity. I take my medicine. I exercise. I don't have another choice. It's what I have to do and keep doing it. It's given me the opportunity to continue to do the things I want to do."
