Achieving Success Martial Arts at Cooks UMC A family oriented martial arts program provided at reasonable prices. Emphasis on personal growth, discipline and respect for others.

Class Times:
Ages 3 to 12 – Monday and Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:00pm
Special Needs Class for all ages - Monday and Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:00pm
Ages 7 and up – Monday and Tuesday 7:00pm to 8:00pm; Friday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Black Belt Forms – Monday 8:00pm to 8:30pm

Costs:

AAU Dues
Ages 3-17: $14 per year, annual renewal required on 9/1 each year
Ages 18 and up: $24 per year, annual renewal required on 9/1

each year; background check required and included

Class Dues:
Ages 3-6: $15 per month
Ages 7 and up: $35 per month
Family: All family members for $50 per month, regardless of age
Special Needs Instruction: #35 per month

Testing Fees:
White Belt: $20, includes uniform
Yellow Belt – Red Belt: $45
Advanced Red Belt: $75
Black Belt – Information provided separately
Ages 3-6 (Dragons) - $15
