Dance Fitness w/ Erica A variety of dance and exercise styles used to achieve a total body workout! We hope you'll join us! ​Hi! I started teaching my own classes in 2008.

I'm a blessed momma of 5 children, and I love to dance and exercise! I started dancing at the age of 5, and began competing at the age of 12. I’m trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, latin, military, and prop. During college, I took a class that trained me in all styles of fitness instruction--kickboxing, step, weights and toning, spinning, boot camp, and basic fitness. I fell in love!

Pretty soon I decided I wanted to implement my background in dance into my classes. I began choreographing all of my own routines and have taught dance fitness classes on and off over the last 15 years in Idaho, Utah, Washington DC, Texas, and Tennessee. I am currently ACE certified, and my curriculum is a mix of latin, hip-hop, country, dance, kickboxing, step, HIIT....basically everything fun all into one awesome class! Exercise has been a gift and joy to me in all stages in my life (especially in motherhood), and I love getting to share that joy with others as a fitness instructor. I look forward to meeting new people and making friends, so I hope to see you soon! :)
