So today we will close Body Shop Fitness. I’m not gonna lie, this may be the hardest thing I have ever done. Even more difficult than when I resigned my previous company as Warden of Metro Detention Facility.
No, I don’t want to do this. I know it is a business decision that has to be made but sometimes I don’t understand what the Lord is up to next. Wendy and I have built a big family at BSF and we just don’t want to leave. Sometimes you have to make decisions in life or they will eventually be made for you. We have been so blessed to know and work with the best staff we could’ve asked for! Thank God for that blessing! But also so many friends that are like family to us. Wendy and I just want you to know how much we love you guys and will miss the days we have spent with you the past 12 years😢. I will pray for God to shower his blessings on you and your families! Stay strong!

We’re down to our final few days. Thursday, May 13th will be our last day open. We wanted to say THANK YOU to our wonderful members & employees for the most amazing years here at Body Shop Fitness. Come out and celebrate May 13th - Member and Employee Appreciation Day! Cookout 11am-6pm. Games and surprise giveaways!
