Watch out when buying from this company! I purchased a golf cart from them recently and have been dealing with their horrible customer service. I first talked with Billy and I wanted to buy one of his golf carts so he had me sign an agreement and told me he would put the golf cart I wanted to the side and deliver it in a few days. Well a few days went by and then I get a call from him saying he accidentally leased it out to someone else. A few hours later he calls me back and then says he was able to break the lease and he will deliver it the next day. Well he delivered the golf cart but we agreed on a package that included several new parts. The golf cart shows up with a used roof and roof strut that looks like it was drug across the ground and then it was even missing my orange triangle that I also paid for. He told me he would bring me a new roof and triangle in a few days but that then turned into weeks where he keeps saying he will deliver it and then never shows up. Then he ignores your calls for a few days. I then finally gave up on it and that's why I am writing this review. Also watch out because there is no store front for this company. You can not just show up and get your parts. Also he told me he was an authorized dealer for club car but when I called club car, they had no idea who he was. That also worries me since I was told my cart was a manufacturer refurbished cart from club car and you have to be an authorized dealer to get them. Also from the experience I have had so far, I'm sure my 1 year warranty he told me I had on the motor is probably a joke as well.
