Unfortunately due to the threat of severe weather, Mount Horeb has once again cancelled after-school activities tonight (Tuesday 4/17). For the sake of the kids' safety we will follow our policy and close as well. Please pay attention to weather alerts and stay safe.

On Saturday April 11, Grand Master Fields was presented his 8th Dan rank. Grand Master Fields has been in the Martial Arts world for 50+ years. He completed at the highest level in his 50’s, owned his own dojo for years, and has been our Grand Master since we opened almost 20 years ago! A number of his old students came to celebrate with him and his first two students tightened his belt as is their tradition. We had hundreds of years of martial arts experience in the dojo! Congratulations Grand Master Fields!

Ms. Nadia is visiting South Korea and made a stop at the Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters. For those of you who may not know this is the official governing body for World Taekwondo. This is a pretty cool experience and we will have Ms. Nadia give us a report on what she saw there when she gets back.
