Feel a funk or rut coming on? 🫠 Whenever I have days of feeling like I’m coming into a bit of a funk or rut, I like to ask myself these questions to help me move out of it.
Self awareness is a huge key to developing your relationship with yourself so you understand how to adapt to the changing needs or phases of your life 🧘🏽♀️ Change will always be a constant, meaning what we need, feel, or experience will evolve over time. What you needed last year might not work for the person you are right now.
Take time to check in with yourself using these questions/journal prompts to understand WHY you’re feeling the way you are, and HOW you need to pivot for the highest good of your overall wellness. Allow yourself the flexibility to adapt with the changes so you can keep growing, moving forward, and not get stuck 🌱
