We had a few amazing guests visit the shop last week that we wanted to highlight. First up is Pete Carroll, Trumpet Player with the legendary Al Green.

After a few years of playing our stock models, we had Pete come out to fine tune a new custom setup he's been working on with Greg. After putting it through the paces, he was very happy to find a mouthpiece to make his job more effortless on stage. One of our main goals is to help artists worry less about their equipment and more about the musical experience.

We had a great visit last night with members of the Athletic Bands at High Point University. Big thanks goes out to Mark Whitfield for arranging the session for your your students. We were thrilled to outfit 24 brand new mouthpieces for the Brass section!

🚨🪊 Introducing the Michael Rath Artist Series Deb Scott mouthpiece!

Great news! We've launched the new Artist Series Deb Scott mouthpiece, as part of an innovative collaboration with Greg Black Mouthpieces.

The mouthpiece was spearheaded by Texas-based Rath Artist Dr Deb Scott, and was launched at the 2026 International Trombone Festival in Riga, Latvia.

It is the first in the new Michael Rath Artist Series of mouthpieces, with more to follow.
