A huge congratulations to Rachael for reaching 100 sessions!
Since starting her journey, Rachael has lost over 80 pounds and recently accomplished something incredible by completing two triathlons!
Her results are a testament to the power of consistency, dedication, and hard work. While the milestones are impressive, what we’re most proud of is the commitment she’s shown day after day, both in her training sessions with Coach Sarah and in the choices she’s made outside the gym to support her goals.
We’re incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far, Rachael, and we’re excited to see what the next 100 sessions bring!
