Hey all. Well the new building that will house the gym is almost done. I’ve held off training until this building is complete. Wrapping the building today with Tyvek to seal it and have inspections tomorrow. Soon the siding will go on and paint. Once done I’ll be allocating some of the new 1600 sq ft for the gym and start posting photos. If anyone had serious interest in one on one training let me know. I’m hoping to be available by mid to late August!!!

The new space should be ready by end of June. This is a completely private gym at my home housed in part of a new 1600sq ft building. As of this post I’m framing out the building for enclosing and determining how the gym equipment will be laid out. That being said I’ll be training there as well as offering a private space for others that would like an atmosphere that is comfortable and functional and are already into fitness. Those of you that are bored with your current gym or just like the idea of something a little different every now and then hit me up. I’ll post again once I’ve wrapped up the build and installed the equipment in the new building.

I’ve decided to see if there is any local interest in having a private space for guys to work out one on one with someone that, although not certified as a trainer, has several years of physical training, nutritional and overall health and wellness experience. Staying active and fit without injuring yourself is the key to longevity. Excercise should be looked at as “the long game” where focus is not just about building muscle but being smart about it in the process. If you start young, as I did at 17, and maintain a healthy attitude and compare your progress to where you started rather than by comparing to others, you’ll find you ultimately grow older both physically and emotionally stronger than those that constantly look at others in envy and then try to emulate while hurting themselves in the process. Health is personal and what you accomplish in the gym should be as well.
