“Looking for a way to get more flexibility
and strength? Pilates on the reformer was
a game changer for me, but the best part
was having Valerie Johnston as my
trainer. She watches you like a hawk to
make sure you are doing everything with
the best form in order to get the best
results. She's by far the best personal
trainer I've ever had!”

“Learning Pilates with Valerie has been a life
changing experience. In a little over a year
and a half I've lost close to 50 pounds,
learned proper posture and movement,
gained strength and flexibility, plus a sense
of accomplishment and well-being that I
have never experienced in prior fitness
routines. Valerie is a fantastic instructor,
she explains the mechanics of the
movements, as well as their purpose so you
feel like you are really working towards
your fitness goals.
