Her old coach trained her in person. Every. Single. Day.

Never weighed her. Never took progress photos. Didn’t see her in her suit until the day she stepped on stage. 🤯

Standing next to you counting reps isn’t coaching … it’s supervision at bestttt

Real coaching is tracking your data weekly and adjusting the plan before problems show up. Distance doesn’t matter. Attention does.

If your trainer can’t tell you what’s changed in your body in the last 30 days, you don’t have a coach… you have a workout buddy on payroll.

One thing I’ve noticed after coaching thousands of people…

The ones who get incredible results usually don’t look all that different in their first week.. 👀

What they do have are a few habits that set them up to win before the weight ever starts coming off.

They plan instead of react.

They stop chasing perfection.

They’re honest about what’s actually holding them back.
And they aren’t afraid to ask for help when they need it.

Those small habits don’t seem like much at first, but over the next few months, they turn into 20, 30, even 50-pound transformations.

That is powerful and that can transform all areas of your life.

If you want to build those habits from the start, comment “FRAMEWORK” and I’ll send you the same guide we use to help our coaching clients build a foundation that actually lasts.

Comment PILLAR and I’ll send you the framework we use with our clients 👇🏼

People see an incredible transformation and assume it came from one “magic” workout, one perfect meal plan, or insane motivation.

It didn’t.

This physique was built over 18 months while raising an 8-year-old and a 6-year-old. No shortcuts. No extreme restrictions. Just a system that evolved as her body changed.

The 5 pillars we focused on:

✅ Progressive strength training (getting stronger over time)
✅ Strategic exercise selection (mastering the lifts that mattered most)
✅ Nutrition that adapted with her progress (yes… including cheat meals)
✅ Weekly accountability and micro-adjustments
✅ Long-term consistency over perfection

Social media rarely shows this 😏😅

The best transformations aren’t created by finding the “perfect” plan.

They’re created by following a plan that’s adjusted at the right time, staying patient, and stacking enough good weeks together.

If you want to see exactly how we apply these five pillars to busy women and moms who want to build an incredible physique without living in the gym…

Comment PILLAR below and I’ll send it over.

Comment RESET and I’ll send you my free guide on how to build a calorie deficit without feeling like you’re starving. 👇🏼

Most people need to stop letting the little things add up If they truly want to get in shape.

A Starbucks drink here.
A few bites while cooking.
Restaurant meals on the weekend.
Eyeballing portions.
Snacking because it’s “healthy.”

On their own, they don’t seem like much.

Together, they can completely erase the calorie deficit you thought you were in.

Watch through the list and be honest with yourself...

How many of these are you doing every week?

Comment “𝐑𝐎𝐀𝐃𝐌𝐀𝐏” 👇🏼 and I’ll send you the exact framework I use to build every new client’s plan.

Most people think fat loss starts with cutting carbs, doing more cardio, or finding the “perfect” workout. Though that is a good start, we have to think about something much different first.

Before I make major nutrition changes, I look at the fundamentals that actually move the needle:

- Sleep
- Protein
- Daily movement
- Meal timing
- Water intake
- Strength training
- Weekend habits
- Progress tracking
- Recovery
- And most importantly... a nutrition plan that fits your real life.

The truth is, If most people stuck to the basics, they would have amazing progress overall.

You just need a system. You just need a program that truly fits your lifestyle and pivots with you when life adjusts.

That’s exactly what I teach my clients.

If you want the same roadmap we use inside our coaching program, comment “ROADMAP” and I’ll send it over for free.

👇🏼 Save this for later if you’re serious about getting lean without guessing.

DM me “𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧” if you want me to build a system around your lifestyle. 👇🏼

One of the biggest frustrations I hear is...

“I work out all the time, but I still can’t lose weight.”

It’s the little things that add up.

Maybe your portions are a little bigger than you think.

Maybe weekends look completely different than weekdays.

Maybe you’re switching diets every few weeks before giving one enough time to actually work.

A few workouts each week won’t outweigh inconsistent habits the other 160+ hours.

The people who get the best results…they just have a plan they can follow consistently that works for them.

That’s what makes the difference.

DM me “Plan” and I’ll help you build a system that fits your lifestyle instead of forcing your life to fit another diet.

First off, congratulations to Baire Aesthetics, Lauren, and Morgan. 👏🏼

What they accomplished is nothing short of incredible.

Winning an overall, earning an IFBB Pro card at her first national show, and then stepping on a pro stage just hours later to place in the top five against seasoned professionals is an accomplishment very few athletes will ever experience.

But I also think it’s important to have an honest conversation.

Stories like this are the exception…not the expectation.

For most competitors, building a physique capable of earning a pro card takes years of consistent training, nutrition, muscle development, and refinement. Then, once you earn that pro card, holding your own against IFBB pros often takes even more time. 😅

The danger isn’t celebrating stories like Morgan’s…we absolutely should.

The danger is when NEW competitors see a journey like this and subconsciously expect their own path to unfold the same way.

Comparison has ended more bodybuilding careers than lack of potential ever has. I always say, comparison is the thief of joy.

Celebrate exceptional achievements, but don’t let someone else’s timeline become the standard 𝐘𝐎𝐔 judge yourself against.

Your job isn’t to copy someone else’s journey.

Your job is to maximize your own.

What are your thoughts? Do stories like this inspire competitors, or do they sometimes create unrealistic expectations?

👇🏼 Let me know in the comments.

No one is legit talking about this, so here’s my unique view on this topic💁🏼‍♂️

Somewhere along the way, Bikiki became all about one destination…

“𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨.”

But why?

Nobody joins a local flag football league expecting to make it to the NFL. Yet in bodybuilding, people compete once or twice and immediately believe the IFBB is the only measure of success.

I don’t think that’s healthy for the sport. This is where the conversation needs to start.

The NPC is where the overwhelming majority of competitors belong… and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, this is where MOST build the best memories.

You can build an incredible physique, win local and regional shows, push yourself, and enjoy the entire journey without feeling pressured to chase a pro card that may require GENETICS, years of dedication, and for some women, levels of PED use they’re simply not comfortable with…

We need to stop treating the NPC like it’s just a waiting room for the IFBB.

For most competitors…

The NPC IS the dream. And that’s perfectly okay.

👇🏼 Curious what you think.

Should competitors enjoy the NPC for what it is, or should everyone be chasing an IFBB Pro Card?

💥 Hot Take 💥

Bodybuilding is a judged sport. That’s never going to change.

If you step on stage, your physique will be judged… that’s literally what you signed up for.

But there’s a difference between judging a physique... and disrespecting the person behind it.

You don’t know if someone lost 20 pounds... or 100.

You don’t know what it took for them to get there.

Respect the courage it takes to step on stage. Most people will never even attempt it.

👇🏼 What’s your take? Should anyone who puts in the work be allowed to compete, or should there be a higher standard before stepping on an NPC stage?
