We are closing out our class of 2026 and what a great way to do it with welcoming keeper Teresa Green!

Major: Nursing
Club team: JHS field hockey club

Why EMU: “I chose EMU because it’s gives me the opportunity to pursue both my academic & athletic goals. The coaches made me feel welcomed from the beginning, and I knew it was a place that I could grow as both a student and athlete.”

The excitement continues as we welcome dual-sport athlete Renata to our class of 2026!!

High School: Granby High School
Major: History Education
Pregame snacks: Goldfish
Why EMU: “ I chose EMU because it was a small school but in a college town. As well as the opportunities for me to play multiple sports with incredible players and coaches. Also every visit I make to EMU the more I feel at home.”

Renata will also be a member of the 2026 EMU softball team!!

Why EMU: “I chose EMU because it gave me the opportunity to continue playing field hockey while being part of a close-knit community. I also loved the smaller class sizes and the chance to build strong relationships with my teammates and professors.”
