🚨 NEW EQUIPMENT UPDATE: Apparently I should’ve been more specific about how to use the new jump box. 😂

Kathryn gave us the official 24” box-jump demonstration…

And then Resa & Claire said, “That’s cute. We have some ideas.” 🤣

I’m not entirely sure these exercises are NASM-approved, but I have to give them points for creativity. 😂

Our new soft plyo box has officially arrived at U Fit, and Kathryn wasted NO time breaking it in! 💪

She took on the 24” side tonight with power, control and precision and made it look EASY! 🔥👏 That’s what happens when you put in the work!

This box will be great for step-ups and tons of strength exercises, with the higher levels ready for those who have worked their way up to them.

Way to SET THE BAR, Kathryn! 🔥💪

💙 Last night, we celebrated one of our very own! 💙

After 8 incredible years as part of the U Fit family, Sarah is beginning an exciting new chapter! 💍✨ This Saturday, she and Mark will say “I do,” and then they’ll be off to start their new life together! 🥂❤️

While we’re going to miss you more than words can say, we couldn’t be happier for the two of you. 😊
