Last night was the annual Kids vs. Parents game… and wow was it a battle!
Final score: Parents 12 – Kids 11 👀
Still not totally convinced about a few of those calls… a little questionable. 😅

But more importantly, it marked the end of an era.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the 2015 Metro Jets over the years — the families, coaches, and players who made these seasons so special.

A huge thank you to Coach Steve for leading this incredible group over the last four years. What a ride it’s been.

Thank you Coach Nick for always keeping those forwards in line.
Thank you Coach Yaya for keeping the defense in check.
Thank you Coach Jim for always standing up for the Jets.
Thank you Coach Dan for always being there for the kids.

These boys were lucky to have such an incredible group of coaches guiding them every step of the way.

This Saturday, the 2015 Jets will officially retire their Jets jerseys — closing out an unforgettable chapter together.

What a journey it’s been for the 2025–2026 Metro Jets. 🏒✈️

From the first practice to the final buzzer, this team showed what it truly means to compete with heart. They pushed each other, believed in each other, and left everything they had on the ice every single game.

This group fought their way to an incredible season, becoming District 3 Champions and State Runner-Up — something they should be unbelievably proud of.

But what made this team special wasn’t just the trophies or the wins. It was the friendships built in the locker room, the laughter on the bench, the battles on the ice, and the memories these kids will carry forever.

To our coaches — thank you for your dedication, leadership, and the countless hours you gave to help these players grow in the game they love.

To the families and fans — thank you for every early morning, every long drive, every cheer from the stands.

The Metro Jets are ALL IN this weekend as they hit the ice for the LCAHL Playoffs.

It’s simple:
Win and move on.
Lose and go home.

Friday is the only guaranteed game, and the Jets are ready to battle for every puck, every shift, and every inch of ice. The season is on the line and these boys are leaving everything out there.

The Jets battled until the final horn but are coming home State Runner-Up, falling 1-0 to the Calumet Kings. Nothing to hang their heads about — heart, grit, and pride all weekend long.

So proud of this group and the fight they showed every single shift. 💪
