We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our Elizabeth.

For the past 28 years, she was the heart and soul of Cinnamon Stix and truly cherished the friendships she built in this community. She cared for every person who walked through our doors. To her, everyone was family—not just customers.

She was not only a successful businesswoman, but also a wonderful mother, a loving daughter, a devoted wife, and the most caring friend.

She was the strongest and most selfless person, with the biggest heart. She will be forever loved and always missed.

Please continue to check our page for memorial service updates, as well as the reopening schedule of Cinnamon Stix, as we work to keep the legacy she built—and cared so much for—alive.

If you are MONTHS behind on your gym dues keys are being shut off until you are caught up on what you owe. This does not mean you pay for one month and you are good. We know who come every day and abuse the system.

Just a reminder of the January 1, deadline for all
Members to be current. Anyone who is 30
Days or more delinquent will have their key shut off and membership terminated until paid in full. Also, I have been coming to the gym all different hours checking for everyone’s key fob and names being current on our list. A recent member was removed from the gym and his membership terminated for bringing in a non member. I will continue this until we are paid in full and rid of those who are stealing our services. Thanks to those who keep an ear out and eyes open for us. Much appreciated. Everyone pays. It’s unfair to those who never miss a month or pay for entire families. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It’s that time of year again. Please look at the updated list. Some of our members are way behind on your dues. I understand life gets tough and we feel for u. However, for some it’s unacceptable and has been a continuing cycle. As of Jan 1, 2024. Everyone needs to be current. EVERYONE. Keys will be shut off and your memberships terminated until paid in full. Non-Negotiable. I have members who pay us on time for 20-30 years. This is unacceptable and it can’t happen. I also have families who pay for up to 4 or more people a month and never miss as well. It’s not fair to our paying members. A few days is fine, several weeks, months no more. Also, we have witnessed while viewing the cameras people being allowed in the gym by others. This is unacceptable as ur membership allows only 1 person. Absolutely no guests. Also no one should ever step foot in OUR gym unless u have a signed waiver and your own key. Everyone pays their own way. No Pay. No Play. No exceptions. Thank u all for your continued support.

Membership is a privilege. I have numerous people waiting to sign up and I can’t pack our gym because it is u fair to our members. So anyone late I’ll be turning off starting tonight. Again im sorry. Furthermore, no one is to be in our gym without a waiver signed and a key unless u have a family plan and share one. No member should be bringing anyone other than themselves through those doors period. Thank u all.
