Lots of banged up noses in our B-Main!

Started 15th with our Tennessee buddies Josh (p6) and Chris (p7) in Group A B-Main. After a couple of early crashes and mayhem they were finally able to go green and our driver was on a mission, elbows out!

It was a lot of fun to see and a lot of clenching of butt cheeks for us watching him dodge, dip, dive, and dodge the chaos.

So that's our night here in Talladega, but wow what a fun night it was.

More to follow once we get home and debrief but right now we gotta get loaded so we can cheer on Josh Henry as he fights from the back in the Feature!

After some back and forth between the drivers and the Southern Dirt Street Stock Series presented by Kelley Trucking , we got out there for Hot Laps but the track was still too slimy to get any idea if the changes we made to the car this morning did anything for us.

We are sitting down near the bottom of the pack but again 3 and 4 was just a slick where all the cars were struggling to hold on to the track.

Hopefully we have enough to qualify well.

There are 43-46 Street Stocks here and taking the top 20 after qualifying and B-Mains. Two groups of qualifying, top 5 from each, then top 5 from the two B-Mains. No Heats since this is an accelerated show for the series (1 night versus their normal 2).

We have our work cut out for us but honestly this trip has been an absolute blast either way so no regrets.
