Huge shout out to the Hanging Rock Bass Club for their continued support of the Wabash Valley College Bass Team. From the youth day at Beall Woods, to the Make a Wish program, and up through our college team, this local group of anglers is always willing to serve to help the next generation of anglers pursue their dreams. We appreciate your support and the encouragement you always provide to our anglers.

If you’ve ever had an interest in tournament bass fishing and want to give it a go sometime, reach out to one of the members in Hanging Rock (based out of Mt. Carmel); they are always open to taking on new members.

Beginning at 5:30 p.m., meet the WVC Bass Fishing and Archery teams, check out the boats and see our archers in action.

Pork burgers, chips and drinks will be available for purchase. Stay for WVC Volleyball vs. Lake Land at 6:30 p.m., with our fall sports teams recognized between sets!

Fall schedule is locked and loaded for the Wabash Valley College Bass Team. Fundraising has gone well this summer and we are nearing being fully funded to travel all 28 anglers to every major event for the 4th season in a row. That’s pretty crazy considering our anglers go to school with tuition costs well under $5000 per year. We could not do this without all the support from are generous sponsors. We will be highlighting them this season as we do our anglers as the tournaments roll. We have a busy fall planned. Stay tuned!

With $4 gas prices…how about a 3 for 1 special? We will be hosting our annual WVC College Invitational out of Kenlake Marina again the Thursday before the Big Bass Bash. Come use our school ran Invitational as a practice day, hit the Big Bass Bash on Saturday and Sunday and the MLF College Series event on Tuesday. Gville that next Friday you could get four tournaments in and save a ton on travel expenses. Hope you will join us.
