GOAL!!!!! One of the first goals of the season. We were undefeated in our 1st tournament but couldn't convince the other teams to score a little more against the team we were tied with in the standings. So, we sadly didn't make it to the finals this time. Good start to the season!

Last night, we held our annual Halloween practice and it did not disappoint. Skills competitions, team bonding, prizes and candy make for a practice we look forward to all year.

Due to the impending weather conditions, we have decided to postpone our first night of tryouts to Monday, May 9th.

Tryouts will be held at Watkins Park in Mt. Airy on:
May 9th: 5:30 - 7:30
May 10th: 5:30 - 7:30

Players are encouraged to attend both nights, but only one night is required.

2022/2023 Girl’s Soccer Try-Out Alert!

The Strikers are preparing to move up an age group and will be expanding their roster size for the fall season. We are looking for club level players born in 2010 or 2011. The team is in currently in the middle of a very competitive season in EDP Premier II and ranked #15 in the state of Maryland.

It is an awesome group of girls, who love the heck out of soccer and each other. Feel free to message if you have any questions or would like to be put in touch with coaches prior to tryouts.

The Strikers are facing a challenging schedule this spring and kicked it off this weekend against a talented Gunston Spirit team.

Congratulations to the Strikers on going 6-0 in their first indoor session.

The girls had a lot of fun in the faster paced, smaller sided games and even made a switch to the boys’ division halfway through the session. 💪🏻

Next up, a break for the holidays and then back at it for a second session in the new year ⚽️
