Hale County High School is excited to introduce our new Varsity Girls Head Basketball Coach, Ambrica Johnson!

Coach Johnson is no stranger to our program—she’s been a dedicated assistant girls basketball coach for the past 9 years and previously led our middle school girls team from 2018–2020. She also serves as our head volleyball coach and has spent the last 9 years shaping young minds as a Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher at MES. 💛

When she’s not coaching or in the classroom, you can find her in the gym—or enjoying her favorite treat, Edgar’s famous strawberry cupcakes! 🧁

Join us in congratulating Coach Johnson as she steps into this exciting new role. We can’t wait to see the future of Lady Wildcats Basketball under her leadership! 🐾💙
