Cardio Praise at The North Church Cardio Praise combines powerful moves and positive music to create a fun workout for every BODY. Women ages 18+ are welcome.

Girls 12+ may participate with their mom. Contact Pam Larson at the North Church for exceptions.

No more classes this summer.😔 Stay tuned for the fall schedule! I plan on leading classes on Saturdays at 8:30 starting mid-September. I will post the official start date when I know it. Also, let me know if you'd like to lead class on Tuesday! I am no longer able to lead on Tuesday, but I bet someone else could! Please reach out. I can help you get started!
