🚨CALLING ALL WESTONKA YOUTH PLAYERS🚨

Our 2026 Youth Baseball Day will be Thursday, April 30th! Come on out to Soule Field to watch the varsity squad take on Jordan at 4:30pm. Rep your Westonka baseball hats and jerseys, and stick around after the game for an autograph session with the varsity players! There will also be an equipment exchange which is a great opportunity to snag any needed gear you may need for the upcoming youth season.

This is a great opportunity for your kids to learn from our great high school coaches and players.

And for the older kids, a chance to get some final reps before player evaluations on the 14th.

🚨YOUTH CAMP ALERT🚨

The Westonka High School baseball program youth camp is back! We’re excited to host our third annual White Hawks Youth Camp - a fantastic opportunity for young players to work alongside current high school players and coaches as they prepare for the upcoming summer season.

Campers will focus on the fundamentals of pitching, hitting, and fielding in a fun, high-energy environment.

Camp Schedule:

Thursday, March 12th: Grades 3-4 (6-8pm)
Friday, March 13th: Grades 5-7 (6-8pm)
Saturday, March 14th: Grades K-2 (11am-1pm)

We are excited to share updated details for this year’s WYBL Travel Baseball Player Evaluations.

All player evaluations will be held at the Long Lake Dome.

Session 1
Saturday, March 7 at 8:00 PM
This session is designated for 7th and 8th grade basketball players (from this summer’s 13U and 14U age groups) to avoid a conflict with the state basketball tournament the following weekend.

Session 2
Saturday, March 14 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Due to the larger number of players in this session, each player will be assigned a specific “tee time” organized by age group (10U through 14U), from youngest to oldest.

Individual start times will be communicated after registration closes on March 1.

We look forward to seeing the players compete and showcase their skills.

We’re moving 2026 Travel Baseball Tryouts to the spring.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 14, 2026!

Why the change?

✅ Allow players’ offseason training show in their tryouts
✅ Account for the physical and athletic growth and development that can happen over six months
✅ Support inclusive, league-wide offseason training instead of team-by-team programs
