There are still spots open for our Performance and Foundation camps. Young Guns is SOLD OUT!

Performance
-6-12th grade athletes
-MWF 6:15-7:00 AM
-Can be a stand alone training program or great option for athletes wanting to work extra outside the school offerings

Foundation
-3-5th grade athletes
-MW 8:15-9:00 AM
-Build an athletic foundation for future performance!

We are now offering Athletic Performance Assessments for 6-12th grade athletes! This assessment is standard for our athlete members, but know you can schedule a one-time assessment and get valuable feedback on your strengths, areas to improve, training program advice and more!

We have invested in some of the best technology in the industry to provide professional performance testing for athletes. Our force plates gives great insight to how athletes move beyond just how high they can jump. We can diagnose movement patterns, how athletes generate and absorb force when they jump and land, imbalances between limbs, and more!

DM is you would like more info and to schedule an assessment.

Coaches! Let us know if you would be interested in us testing your athletes at your facility. We can give you some great insight as you head in to your summer programs.

🚨R/STRONG SUMMER TRAINING CAMP REGISTRATION IS LIVE‼️

We are excited for a BUSY summer at the Strength Shed, offering age-appropriate training programs for all K-12th grade athletes!

All training programs begin the week of June 1st so please register ASAP. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. We are excited to help all athletes this summer!

YOUNG GUNS (K-2nd Grade)
FUN movement, coordination and bodyweight strength training!
• June 5-26th
• Fridays, 8:15-9:00 AM
• 4 total training sessions
• Cost - $50

FOUNDATION (3-5th Grade)
Strength, speed and jump training FUNdamentals to prepare the young athlete for athletic performance
• June 1-July 29 (off June 29-July 1)
• Monday/Wednesday, 8:15-9:00 AM
• 16 total training sessions
• Cost - $200 (limited registration option available)

PERFORMANCE (6-12th Grade)
Strength, speed and jump training to improve athletic performance. Training is modified to account for each athletes needs, skill and preparation level
• June 1-July 31
• Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 6:15-7:00 AM
• 24 total training sessions
• Cost - $225 (limited registration option available)

🚨WINTER TRAINING CAMPS ARE LIVE🚨

We are starting 2026 off with two training camps - Young Guns (1-3 grade) and our new Speed and Power Camp (7-12th grade)‼️ See below for camp info and to register. Please note that Young Guns starts in ONE week so please register ASAP!

(We will be hosting our Foundation camp for 4-6th grade later in February. More info to come)

YOUNG GUNS
- FUN movement, body weight strength, coordination and movement training for 1st-3rd grade athletes
- January 10-January 31
- 4 training sessions
- Saturdays 8:45-9:30 AM

SPEED & POWER CAMP
- Speed, jump and power training for 7-12th grade athletes
- Pre/post jump and speed assessments
- In-season and off-season athletes
- January 17-March 7 (off 2/7)
- 7 training sessions
- Saturdays 8:00-8:45 AM
