🌊 Wild Meadow Paddlesports is BACK and we’re hiring for the summer! 🚐☀️🛶

We are looking for a FULL-TIME seasonal Driver + Store Associate for our busy waterfront retail & rental operation on Lake Winnipesaukee.

This is definitely not a “sit behind a counter all day” job. One minute you might be delivering kayaks to a lake house, the next helping customers with rentals or purchases, answering questions in the store, setting up equipment, helping keep the property looking great, jumping into general operations, or just handling whatever random chaos summer waterfront life throws at us that day 😅

We’re a fast-moving seasonal business, so we’re looking for someone dependable, active, friendly, and comfortable wearing a lot of hats throughout the day.

✅ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record required
✅ Comfortable driving vans/trucks & transporting outdoor equipment
✅ Must be able to lift and move kayaks/paddleboards
✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of New Hampshire summer weather
✅ Strong customer service skills & positive attitude
✅ Must be willing to work weekends & holidays
✅ Comfortable jumping between deliveries, customers, retail, rentals, and general property/store tasks as needed

Bonus points if you already know your way around kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, or outdoor gear — but we’re happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and good energy.

This is a seasonal position running approximately May–September. Pay is biweekly.
