Meet Ms. Katie Rae! Katie Rae is 15 years old and has been working at JAG for a few months. She usually helps with the younger classes, but loves helping anywhere! Katie Rae is a sophomore at Lawrence County High School and is on the varsity cheer team, the competition team, and JAG senior cheer team! In her spare time, she loves to cheer, spend time with family, and read!

🚨Hey everyone!!🚨We will be hosting a yard sale fundraising event on September 26, 2026 from 9:00-4:00 at JAG Gymnastics. This will be a multi family yard sale event with food trucks, face painting, vendors, kids zone, obstacle course, pie a gymnast, and inflatables. We will also be selling raffle tickets to win some prizes! This fundraiser will go to support the Gymnastics Team Season. We will be selling Yard Sale/Vendor spots. If you are interested feel free send us a message or comment below!!!😊 Money will be due by September 4, 2026!!

✨Meet the staff Monday✨

Meet Chelsey, one of our gymnastics and tumbling coaches and the friendly face you'll often find at the front desk! Whether she's coaching athletes or making sure everyone has the tape, hair ties, and Band-Aids they need, she's always ready to help with a smile.
When she's not at the gym, she loves spending time with her daughters, Scarlett and Blakely, hanging out with friends, and getting creative by making all kinds of fun things. Her favorite part of coaching is watching athletes build new skills, grow their confidence, and have the time of their lives every step of the way.

Meet Ms. Carrie Anna! Carrie Anna is 18 years old and has been working at JAG for a few months now. She helps out with all the classes and really enjoys spending her days with kids. She goes to Northwest Shoals Community College and is working toward becoming a nurse. In her free time, she likes spending time with her family and friends. She loves helping kids learn and grow while having fun!
