We would like to wish you all a Happy Memorial Day weekend. We hope you are able to spend quality time with those you love as we remember those who have given their lives to protect our freedom.

Our Memorial Day staffed hours will be 10AM-4PM.

Our morning class WILL meet. Our evening classes WILL NOT meet.

Regular staffed hours and classes will resume on Tuesday.

AHF would like to extend a very happy 80th birthday to Sherry. She is a very faithful gym member and has been dedicated for years. She enjoys coming to our classes and exercising in a group setting.
