The MAC has added a new belted hip thrust machine. Great equipment for our members. Not a member? Swing by and get signed up during staff hours to get the new years resolution going.

Pendulum Squat Machine is now at the MAC. Takes pressure off the spine and joint to allow you to really hit those squads. Foot plate moves to hit hamstrings as well.

More to come from the MAC. If you don’t have a membership at the MAC, stop by and get signed up. Low monthly membership with no contracts and great equipment.
