These are all recommended to have on your Paddle Board. You will burn, from the sun hitting you and the sun reflected off the water at you again wear sun block. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Take water with you. I cannot say this enough PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE drink water. Hat and Sunglasses just like the sun block please wear them they will help your head and face from being burnt.

Also consider wearing UV protective clothes to help protect your skin!
