Fore the Ladies is a golf community for women to learn, play and connect. Our mission is to make golf more accessible for women of all ages and all skill levels. We strive to create an inclusive environment that supports and encourages each other to learn this great game.

Join us every Tuesday or Thursday in October at Whispering Pines Golf Course for a weekly group golf clinic from 5:45-6:45 PM, followed by a Sip & Chat inside the clubhouse—no extra fees required for the social time!

We will be off for Fall Break October 5-9.

Kalora Golf and the Whispering Pines Junior Golf Program are proud to host a 3-Person Scramble on Thursday, September 17, at Whispering Pines Golf Course in Hurley, Mississippi.

The tournament will feature a 9:00 a.m. sh***un start and promises a fun day of golf for a great cause.

All proceeds will directly benefit the Whispering Pines Junior Golf Program, helping create opportunities for young golfers to learn, play, and grow through the game we all love.

We had a great afternoon for our June end-of-the-month tournament! Our Tuesday class faced off against the Thursday class in a friendly battle, with the Tuesday crew coming out on top, finishing at +1 to +9 after taking the top three scores from each group.

Our overall champions with a score of -1 and leading the way for the Tuesday night class were Tesa Howell, Terri Coleman, Tina Golden, and Tammy Hultz.

The Thursday night class was led with a score of +3 by Erin Plummer, Jessica Davitt, Katie Sellow, and Cherie Kalugin.

All of our ladies had a fantastic showing and have shown tremendous improvement over the month. We’re proud of everyone’s effort and progress—great job, ladies!

Our Tuesday and Thursday night classes for June sessions! We are looking forward to our practice rounds next week leading up to our tournament!

Our Thursday night crew had a great start to June clinics! We had a lot of progress made on drills and the groups on the course played well.

Cayce Matthews had the highlight of the night on hole #3. Her tee shot landed 2 feet from the hole and she sunk the putt for birdie! Great shot Cayce!

We wrapped up our April/May sessions with a great end-of-the-month tournament yesterday afternoon!

First off, we want to thank, our behind the scenes volunteers for who make this possible: Amanda Dixon, Keisha Porter, Kristi Walker, Lisa Hilbun, and Rosemary Walker. Also, thank you to Savanna Norsworthy for all of our graphics!

The Tuesday night class went head-to-head with the Wednesday night class, and this time the Tuesday crew came out on top.

Leading the way for Tuesday night and taking home overall champion honors with a score of -1 were Jean Adkison, Angela Noble, and Kim Murphy.

Finishing right behind them at even par for the Tuesday class were Gena Fortenberry, Heather Chavers, Kayla Hebert, and Lauren Lear.

For the Wednesday night class, after a scorecard playoff, the top team finished at +2 and consisted of Jessica Reynolds, Brittany Leasure, Kristi Walker, and Tonya Havis.

Also finishing at +2 and earning second place for Wednesday night were Kristi Evans Carter, Erin Plummer, Carrie Dennis, and Mary Willis.

We’re extremely proud of all of our ladies for the hard work and improvement they’ve shown throughout the month. It’s been awesome watching everyone grow their game while having a great time along the way.

We’re already looking forward to our June sessions! Be watching for signups to open tomorrow morning!
