We had an excellent turnout for today’s RIMFIRE Bench rest
Match. I want to give a huge shout out to our Match director Tom Morgan for putting on an amazing match. I also want to thank everyone who showed up today even though the forecast didn’t look great. Mother Nature gave us a break on the rain but not the Wind! Looking forward to next month’s match hope to see you there!

Hey all RIMFIRE enthusiasts. Come out and join us for our monthly 22 RIMFIRE bench rest match this Sunday 06/21/2026 please try to arrive by 0800 for range setup and practice. Safety brief will be held before the match begins at 0900. What is 22 RIMFIRE bench rest you ask? It’s shooting official ARA targets at 50yards. We have two classes factory and unlimited. Not sure what class you will be in, don’t worry the match director will make sure you are signed up for the correct class. What’s needed a 22 RIMFIRE rifle a front rest or bipod, rear rest or bag is helpful but not necessary. You will need 75 rounds to complete the three targets plus any additional ammo for practice. If it’s your first time shooting the match it’s free. So come out challenge yourself and have a great time. Hope to see you there. The address is 5800 Bayou Heron road Moss Point

Good evening do you mind posting a reminder for this Saturday’s long gong match?

It’s steel plate shooting from a bench at 300yds. What’s needed a 22 RIMFIRE rifle a scope and a bipod a rear rest or bag is helpful but not necessary. Today was an awesome day to shoot our 22 Rimfire match! Everyone had a great time, if you didn't make it this month we look forward to seeing you next month. We will have it on the PSC website on the calendar and post it here! Thanks Tom for putting this match on!
