🔥 FALL BALL REGISTRATION CLOSES MONDAY! ⚾️🥎

We’re heading into the final stretch, and spots are filling up fast!

⚾️ BASEBALL: Several divisions are almost FULL! We have only about 40 spots remaining across all baseball divisions, so if you’ve been thinking about signing up, now is the time!

🥎 SOFTBALL: We’d love to see more of our players out there! Registration numbers aren’t quite where we hoped they’d be, and we need YOU to help us build this program. 💪💗Softball Coach Pitch is already more than halfway full! 🎉

D-BAT is a huge part of bringing this developmental opportunity to Moss Bluff. Their instructors will be on site every week, working with our athletes and coaches, helping us make Fall Ball a great experience focused on skill development and preparing for Spring 2027.

🏈 MBYFL 2026 IMPORTANT SEASON UPDATE

As we get closer to the start of the 2026 season, we’d like to share some important information regarding assessments and the upcoming draft. Please take a few minutes to read through the information below.

Rookie, Peewee, and Junior athletes will have FOUR opportunities to attend an assessment, while our Senior Division will have TWO assessment opportunities. Players only need to attend ONE assessment to be draft eligible.

📌 Important Assessment Information

Each Rookie, Peewee, and Junior athlete is required to attend ONE assessment to be draft eligible. Senior athletes will also need to attend ONE of their two scheduled assessment opportunities.

The following athletes DO NOT need to attend an assessment:

• Athletes who have been selected as one of their head coach’s automatic picks.

• Returning Junior Division players who are returning to their previous roster.

Returning Junior Division players who would prefer to reenter the draft instead of returning to their previous team may do so. Please notify the league prior to the draft so we can make the necessary arrangements.

All other athletes are expected to attend ONE assessment before their division’s draft.

🏈 Draft Information

Following the completion of assessments, each division will hold its player draft.

Parents, please be advised that requests for a specific coach are not guaranteed. The only exception is if your athlete has been selected as one of that coach’s automatic picks prior to the draft.

All remaining athletes will be selected through the draft in accordance with MBYFL draft procedures to help maintain balanced and competitive teams throughout the league.

If you have any questions regarding assessments, the draft process, or any other league information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

The Moss Bluff Senior Center is a great place for those 60 and older to get out of the house and stay active. We have different activities throughout the week, but our birthday meal day, once a month, is our favorite!!!

Calcasieu Soccer Club is hosting a youth soccer camp this Saturday, August 1st!!!!

We’re closing out summer with a bang in Moss Bluff!
Our final youth camp of the season is happening August 1st. One day. Tons of fun. Big smiles. Come join us!
