This time of yr in Eastern/Central WA , the wastewater and irrigation systems that make up the Columbia River basin agricultural system are alive andEddie's. They are filling for the upcoming dry /farming season and the fish are going up them to spawn.
We like to drag neds such as our 3" Cherry~Popper, our 3" ned craw, our 3" ned a pillar.. cherry poppers work great as a ned/snap jigging hybrid ..
We also throw alot of curly tail and paddle tail grubs and swimbaits.. I like to target the current seams and back eddies.
