elf fit and change the shape of your body today! Jazzercise of Moses Lake has 26 classes a week, and open 6days a week. Every class includes a warm-up, a cardio segment, strength training and stretching. We offer 12 different class formats such as Dance Mixx, Fusion, Strike, Interval, Fusion, Flip Fusion, Core, Express, Strength45, Strength60 and Lo. We also offer a Junior Jazzercise program for children several times during the year. Jazzercise Instructors are positive motivators, providing easy-to-follow cues and safety reminders. Each instructor participates in an intensive screening process and training program and is CPR certified. In addition, they continue their education through fitness training center programs that keep them abreast of the latest developments in fitness.
