Magnolia Green Golf Club serves as the centerpiece of Magnolia Green – a resort-style community planned for 3,550 homes – with ancillary commercial and retail uses. The number 2 hole – a mid-length, par-4 with a receptive landing area – is Magnolia Green's signature hole. When all 18 holes open, it will be re-routed as number 18, making for a spectacular finish. A nerve-jangling, downhill second shot into a heavily protected green that slopes from back to front will grab the attention of even the most seasoned golfer.

What a great inaugural Superintendents Revenge tournament yesterday! Membership really showed up and supported! They brought all of these toys and we raised an extra $1750 dollars to add to this pile with a shopping spree tomorrow! Pictures of the spree will be posted!

Golfers and neighbors really gave greens a beating this weekend. This was the damage done to 6 green Friday night and there was also damage to a couple of other greens last night. Please, please, please have respect for the course that you play and call home! Our team puts in a lot of time and hard work to present the course to you everyday. What has happened this weekend is beyond frustrating and completely uncalled for!!! We have done some quick fixes to these areas and we’ll continue repairing this week.

This year we decided we were going to be more consistent with our growth regulators and wetting agents on our bermuda. The result has been less water usage, fewer clippings and the best looking bermuda we’ve ever had. We’re ready for another hot week!
