The school is excited to offer Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, kids self-defense and Judo, MMA by invitation, and conditioning and fitness classes. We will offer group classes set to the groups schedule.

Alright people whoever is interested. I will be putting on a self defense, knife and gun defense seminar the weekend of June 3 and 4th. I know this is short notice. The seminar is $100 for the entire weekend. If you are interested contact me 208 301 3498 class space is limited to around 16 people. So signing up and paying for the class will reserve your spot. Payment will be accepted the day of class if there are spaces available. Again feel free to call me for details. I will have more updates soon. Thank you. Hope to see you guys there. This is a fundraiser for my daughter's graduation trip...so the seminar is for a great cause :)

Krav people'z February will be the last month we are at the gym. I will be converting my garage into a gym. Nothing will change except the reliability of the class and location. I will need help relocating and set up if anyone is interested in helping. That fast I get the done the less down time we will have for class.
