📰: Worcester County Angler Sets New Maryland Record for Longfin Albacore

The Maryland Department of Natural Resources has officially recognized Marc Sp****la of Berlin, Worcester County, as the new state record holder for longfin albacore (Thunnus alalunga) for the Atlantic Division. Sp****la’s 78-pound catch surpasses the previous record set in 2004 by four pounds.

It's that time of the year again to fill your freezers! "Instigator" came back from an insane 2-night overnighter with a huge haul of tuna! They had 3 big eyes, a pile of yellowfin, and a possible state record longfin tuna weighing in at 78lbs! Congrats on your trip! We have a Daily Catch with Captain Steve coming later this week.
