South Louisiana Teal Season 2026–2027

T’Boos Guiding Services is looking to bring on experienced, hard-working duck guides for the upcoming teal season in the rice fields of South Louisiana.

We’re looking for guys who can:
• Run a duck call with confidence and finish birds
• Set and pick up decoys efficiently
• Work in rice field and/or marsh environments
• Handle early mornings and show up
• Provide a great experience for clients

What you’ll get:
• Competitive pay
• Hunting in prime South Louisiana teal country
