Today I had the honor of leading the warm-up for ’s Pink Panther Breast Cancer Awareness Walk 💗✨

I’m so grateful to be invited back each year for such an important cause. Thank you to the City of Forest Park for continuing to trust me to bring the energy, joy, and purpose to kick things off! 🙌🏽

This event means so much and every step, every smile, and every survivor is a reminder of strength, faith, and community. I had an amazing time with you all and hope to see you next year!💪🏽💗

I still remember the energy from last year’s Purple Party 💜 — the way the room lit up with smiles, sweat, and so much PURPOSE.

It wasn’t just about the music or the moves. It was about the healing that happens when a community shows up together for something that matters.

When we move together, we raise awareness for something far bigger than ourselves. Domestic violence is real, and too many are suffering in silence. But through unity, energy, and love, we get to be a voice that says: you are not forgotten.

Yesterday, we officially turned in the keys to the studio.

To everyone who came out to help clean, pack, and close this space with love—Thank you! Your support meant the world during this transition.

It’s been a long, beautiful journey, and while saying goodbye to our space wasn’t easy, I’m filled with gratitude…and excitement for what’s next.

A new chapter begins, and I can’t wait to share it with you.😘

And just like that… Fit For A Purpose is officially closed.

Marking my business as permanently closed was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but what we built together will always live on. For seven years, this space was more than a studio—it was a home, a community, a family.

Thank you to everyone who walked through those doors, poured into this vision, and made FFAP what it was. This chapter may be closing, but the impact will never fade.

This isn’t goodbye… just see you soon. 💜
