Open Play Day today with Coach Chris is unfortunately going to be cancelled. We will be under a heat advisory starting at 2:00pm, and the risk just isn't worth it.
Thank you to everyone who had made it out, regardless of skill level. It has been a blast to spend these summer weeks working on both developmental and advanced techniques, and we hope to see everyone (with friends) for spring signups.

Some quick announcements for today.

Play Day for the 11th of August is cancelled unless another coach or parents wants to supervise. Highly recommend y'all still get out there and run drills, and just play lacrosse.

We will not have an entry for the boat regatta on the 15th as an organization due to lack of support for participation. Still encourage everyone to go out and have a great time (and if you are froggy, you can rush a boat in the last couple days).

Open board meeting on August 19th from 6:30pm-8:30pm, and the LMHS study hall room. There are board slots coming available and we always need volunteers for the season. The program doesn't run without support. Hope to see everyone there.

Good morning lacrosse fans!

If you were looking for an excuse to come give lacrosse a try, want to keep a stick in your hands after the club season, or just want some extra community, Coach Chris of LMLA has got it all in spades.

Starting Tuesday July 21st and running until the end of October, come out every Tuesday at 5:45PM at Marr Park and get some free small-group skills development, training, and play no-contact small-sided games.

Location and times may change based on field availability and convenience, so stay tuned to this space for posted updates.

To follow up our girls exploits from last week in Columbus; Bella, Maddie, and Sawyer brought home 1st place with Headlines Lacrosse at NXT Lacrosse in Indy over the weekend... the tournament famous for the quote, "I won first place and all I got is this t-shirt".

Congratulations again girls and I know everyone is looking forward to seeing more of your off season conquests!

Big shout out to our 3/4 athletes Bella, Maddie, and Sawyer who are playing travel lacrosse over the summer with Headlines Lacrosse! They brought home 2nd place in their division at the Mid-America lacrosse tournament in Columbus over the weekend. Way to go girls!

We want to see more of what our athletes are up to in the off season, so keep the accomplishments rolling in!
