In case you are unaware, it's the MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR! Today is Selection Sunday and the Women's Bracket has been released. While most people fill out brackets for the men's tournament, which is fun, LFE Hoops has a long standing policy of having a bracket challenge for OUR LFE GIRLS for the WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT.

If you would like to get in on the action in the Women's Bracket and give you and your daughters a great reason to watch the WOMEN'S TOURNAMENT, we invite you to join our WOMEN'S BRACKET CHALLENGE. It has been my contention for some time now that the only keeping women's sports from prominence and the respect it rightly deserves is the lack of support of WOMEN and GIRLS. This is your chance to buck that trend, and anyone who's ever filled out a bracket knows that the games are more fun to watch when you have a rooting interest in EVERY game.

If you would like to fill out a women's bracket and be entered into our Women's Bracket Challenge, please follow these steps:

2. If you do not have a CBSSPORT.COM login, create one. If you have a login, please sign in.

3. Fill out your brackets. You can fill in up to 10 brackets per entry.

4. Venmo with your entry name, and please pay for the correct number of brackets. Each bracket is $15.

5. Share this experience with your friends, and with your daughter's teammates.

6. Pick the winners and share in all the fun of March Madness.

The top 4 brackets will be paid out. $10 from every bracket goes into the prize pool and $5 from every bracket is donated to the LFE Hoops Scholarship Fund which guarantees every girl in our community has a chance to play regardless of her financial situation.

The LFE In House Season wrapped up last with Team Taylor (Unicorns) taking home the 6/7 championship over Team Corbitt and Team Smith (Pink Lightning) winning the 4/5 championship with a win over Team Wiegand.

The Lions are led by super soph Brionna Hudson who already has a half dozen Division 1 🏀 offers in hand. Last year as a freshman she won the bronze medal in the state high jump championship, set her school’s record and is among the top 15 jumpers in the country at her age.
